Outfindr Trips curates international and domestic travel packages built around honeymoon, couple and group travel. Recent work has covered Bali, Thailand and Vietnam abroad, and Ladakh at home, with itineraries, vendor negotiations and full trip execution handled in house.
The Role
We're hiring a Travel Sales Executive to own the sales pipeline end to end, from the first enquiry through to trip closure and post travel follow up. This is a closing role, not a lead generation role. You'll need to know both international and Indian travel well enough to price, pitch and negotiate with confidence.
What You'll Do
● Handle inbound enquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings for honeymoon, couple and group packages
● Build and price international and domestic itineraries using existing vendor and DMC networks
● Negotiate rates with hotels, DMCs and local operators to protect margins
● Own the full sales cycle: quote, follow up, close, collect payment,



coordinate documentation
● Keep client communication sharp and responsive across calls, WhatsApp and email
● Track leads and bookings in the CRM/sheet, and report weekly numbers.
● Handle post booking client support, including itinerary changes, cancellations and refunds
What You Need
● Minimum 2 years in travel sales, with a track record in both international and domestic packages
● Working knowledge of key international leisure destinations (Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe) and top Indian destinations (Ladakh, Kashmir, Northeast, Goa, Kerala)
● Existing relationships with DMCs, hotels or local vendors is a solid plus
● Comfortable carrying targets and closing deals, not just generating enquiries
● Fluent in Hindi and English, with strong written communication for quotes and itineraries
● Working knowledge of Excel/Sheets and CRM tools
