Role Description The Multimedia Producer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for planning, producing, and delivering engaging multimedia news content for The Hindi Top’s digital platforms. This role includes end-to-end video production tasks such as scripting, shooting, editing, and packaging news stories and features for YouTube and social media.



The Multimedia Producer will collaborate with editorial teams to transform news reports into compelling visual narratives, optimize content for digital audiences, and maintain consistent brand and style guidelines. Daily responsibilities involve coordinating production schedules, managing media assets, and ensuring timely release of videos and multimedia pieces aligned with the news cycle. The position requires close coordination with reporters, anchors, and social media teams to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and tailored to Hindi-speaking audiences.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in multimedia content creation, including experience with visual storytelling and digital news formats.
Hands-on experience in video production, including planning, scripting, shooting, and managing production workflows.
