Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Business Development Manager who can drive institutional and corporate partnerships for POSSPOLE Catalyst.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in EdTech sales/business development, or a proven background in sales, seminar/workshop/conference conduction, institutional outreach, and partnership development.
Candidates with an established network across colleges, universities, corporates, incubation centres, accelerators, training institutions, or industry ecosystems will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities




Identify and develop new business opportunities across educational institutions, corporates, incubation centres, accelerators, and ecosystem partners.
Drive B2B and institutional sales for Catalyst programs and initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with college management, placement teams, academic leaders, corporate HR/L&D; teams, incubators, and industry stakeholders.
Conduct and coordinate seminars, workshops, information sessions, corporate sessions, and institutional events to generate leads and partnerships.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, direct outreach, networking, references, events, and existing industry connections.
Convert institutional and corporate leads into partnerships, program enrolments, and business opportunities.
Represent POSSPOLE Catalyst in college visits, corporate meetings, industry events, seminars, conferences, and networking platforms.
