Key Responsibilities:




We are seeking a Plant Assistant Operations Manager – Biochar to set up and manage the day-to-day operations of our biochar production facility in Gudlupet. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in plant operations, manufacturing, or agro-processing, who is comfortable managing production, equipment, people, and quality on the plant floor.

Set up plant operations, including logistical arrangements, production workflows, processes, and SOPs.
Manage daily plant operations, including feedstock intake, production processes, and output storage.
Monitor and achieve production targets across volume, yield, and quality.
Oversee routine equipment upkeep and troubleshoot equipment and electrical issues to minimise downtime.
Supervise plant operators and daily-wage/contract workers, including shift planning, attendance, and work allocation.
Conduct regular QA/QC checks on biochar output, including moisture, quality, and batch consistency.
