Role Description The Senior Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The Senior Sales Executive will conduct client meetings and site visits, present tailored solar energy solutions, prepare proposals and contracts, and negotiate pricing and terms.



Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate project scoping, tracking sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports, and contributing to sales strategies and market expansion initiatives. The role also involves staying current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform sales planning and customer conversations.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in B2C and/or B2B sales, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or related industries.
Proven ability in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing high-value deals.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in transparent, customer-friendly language.
Solid understanding of basic financial analysis for sales proposals, including ROI and payback calculations.
