Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer located in Bengaluru, supporting projects related to Canada, Australia, and Germany. The Site Civil Engineer will oversee civil works at project locations, including planning, executing, and monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations. Daily tasks include coordinating with design teams and contractors, reviewing drawings and technical documents, inspecting site work such as grading, drainage, and stormwater systems, and resolving technical issues that arise during construction. The role also involves preparing progress reports, conducting site measurements, supporting quality control procedures, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure schedules and budgets are maintained. The engineer will contribute to continuous improvement in site practices and support the documentation needed for international project requirements.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Civil Engineering,



including knowledge of core civil engineering principles and standards.
Practical experience in Civil Engineering Design and planning of site infrastructure and utilities.
Hands-on experience with Stormwater Management, drainage design, and related site development systems.
Background working as part of Civil Engineers teams, with ability to collaborate across disciplines and with contractors.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.
Proficiency in relevant engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar tools).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to document and present technical information clearly.
Ability to work full-time on-site in Bengaluru and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project workplace.
