About The Role

Assistara Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced US Travel PPC Specialist to manage and scale paid search campaigns focused specifically on the US Travel Market.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Google Ads/PPC for US travel lead generation, particularly for flight bookings, hotels, car rentals, cruises, cancellations and other travel-related services.
The primary objective of this role is to generate high-quality US travel leads and inbound calls that can be converted by our sales team into bookings and revenue.
This is a highly performance-driven role, where success will be evaluated based on qualified leads, call quality, CPL, CPA, booking conversion, Revenue Per Lead (RPL) and ROAS.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch and manage Google PPC campaigns targeting customers in the United States.
Develop and scale PPC campaigns specifically for US Travel lead generation.
Generate high-quality inbound calls and travel leads from US customers.
Create and optimize campaigns for:
Flight bookings
Airline tickets




Flight changes and cancellations
Hotels
Car rentals
Cruises
Vacation/travel packages
Conduct detailed keyword research and search-intent analysis for US travel customers.
Build effective campaign and ad-group structures based on travel categories, destinations, routes and customer intent.
Identify and continuously optimize high-converting keywords.
Build and maintain comprehensive negative keyword lists to eliminate irrelevant traffic.
Write and test high-converting Google Search Ads focused on generating calls and qualified leads.
Optimize campaigns based on CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, RPL and ROAS.
Analyze Search Terms, locations, devices, schedules and audience performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
Monitor lead and call quality and work closely with the Travel Sales/Operations team to identify low-quality traffic.
