Conduct interviews using a variety of different methods.
Pipelining candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
Full Life cycle recruiting of technical professionals for contract, full-time and direct Hire roles.
Should have experience working on ATS and VMS

Skillset:





Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end US Engineering Recruitment.
Working as a 360 Consultant, you will need to build relationships with both clients and candidates alike.
Should have experience working on Engineering Roles
Strong experience working with LinkedIn recruiter.
Additionally, Candidate should have outgoing personality and excellent Interpersonal and extrovert personality.
Should have robust candidate relationship skills demonstrated through effective communication.
Should have strong negotiation skills.
