Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Datacenter Network Pre-Sales Consultant with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade, multi-vendor data center solutions. Acting as the technical bridge between customers, sales teams, and OEM partners, you will translate complex customer infrastructure requirements into scalable, resilient, and highly available data center architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

-Pre-Sales Lifecycle Management: Lead technical discovery sessions specifically for data center environments. Architect end-to-end DC solutions and prepare comprehensive Bill of Materials (BoMs), proposals, High-Level/Low-Level Design (HLD/LLD) documentation, and Statements of Work (SoWs).

-RFP/RFI & Bid Management: Collaborate with sales and bid teams to construct compelling responses to RFPs/RFIs focusing on data center modernization, server connectivity, and storage networks.

-Client Presentations & PoCs: Conduct whiteboard sessions, technical workshops, and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) demonstrations for enterprise clients, translating complex architectures into clear business value.

-OEM Engagement: Work closely with OEMs (Cisco, Arista) for solution validation, pricing strategy, and discount negotiations.

-Delivery Alignment: Ensure a seamless transition from the pre-sales phase to the delivery and implementation teams through effective knowledge transfer (KT).

Technical Expertise:

-Data Center Network Architecture: Master-level understanding of Spine-and-Leaf / L3LS (Layer 3 Leaf-Spine) architectures. Deep expertise in designing underlay and overlay networks using VXLAN EVPN (Layer 3 VPN / BGP EVPN) for highly scalable,



multi-tenant data center fabrics.

-Routing & Switching Protocols: Solid grasp of DC-centric routing (OSPF, MP-BGP, PIM) and high-availability switching protocols, including Cisco vPC & Arista MLAG, LACP, RSTP+, and gateway redundancy (Cisco FHRP / Arista VARP).

-Multi-Vendor DC Platforms: Hands-on architectural knowledge of Cisco Nexus (9K, 7K, 5K), Cisco ACI (Fabric setup, Access policies, VMM integration), and Arista EOS platforms (7050X, 7060X, 7280R series).

-DC Management & Automation: Proven experience positioning Arista CloudVision Portal (CVP) and Cisco Nexus Dashboard for state-streaming telemetry, day-2 operations, and lifecycle automation.

-Compute & Storage Convergence: Foundational understanding of network integration with DC Compute and modern IP-based Storage Networks (NVMe-oF, RoCEv2, Lossless Ethernet).

Professional Skills & Experience:

-Experience: Strictly 4 to 5 years in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting within the Data Center networking domain.

-Consultative Mindset: Strong ability to analyze complex DC challenges (e.g., east-west traffic bottlenecks), understand customer workflows, and map network solutions to business objectives.

-Communication: Exceptional executive-level presentation and written skills; ability to confidently interface with technical infrastructure engineers and C-level stakeholders.

-Execution: Highly energetic with a strong learning mindset, capable of managing multiple DC bids and PoCs simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Certifications

-Required (At least one): Active CCNP Data Center OR ACE-P (Arista Certified Engineer - Professional).

-Optional: Additional certifications in network automation (Cisco DevNet, Arista eAPI/Ansible) or DC virtualization.

Experience : 4 to 8yrs

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
