Jay Kay Enterprise India, providing industrial heating solutions since 1995, is looking for a hands-on Power Electronics / Induction Heating Engineer for our Noida manufacturing facility.

The candidate will work on IGBT-based industrial induction heating systems, primarily used on plastic processing machinery such as extrusion, plastic recycling, injection moulding, blow moulding, blown-film and twin-screw machines.

Previous induction heating experience is highly preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with strong practical experience in IGBT/MOSFET-based inverters, industrial power supplies, UPS, VFD, SMPS, welding machines or similar power-electronics equipment are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

- Troubleshooting and repair of IGBT-based induction heating drives/power supplies
- Component-level diagnosis of power-electronic PCBs
- Knowledge of IGBT, MOSFET, rectifier, DC bus, capacitors, gate-driver circuits, sensing and protection circuits
- Diagnose drive tripping, overheating, overcurrent, low-power/output and other electronic faults
- Testing and configuration of induction heating drives
- Understanding of switching frequency, current, voltage and power parameters
- Hands-on use of oscilloscope for frequency,



PWM/switching waveform and gate-signal analysis
- Practical use of multimeter and clamp meter
- Understanding of high-frequency inverter circuits
- Induction coil testing, installation and optimization — experience preferred
- Industrial electrical/control-panel troubleshooting
- Installation and commissioning of induction heating systems at customer sites
- Ability to read electrical/electronic circuit diagrams
- Maintain testing, troubleshooting and service records
- Willingness to travel across India for commissioning/service when required

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
