Position: Poultry Production Manager

Department: Poultry Production / Farm Operations

Location: Hoshiarpur, Punjab

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage daily poultry farm production and operations.
- Monitor bird health, growth, mortality, feed consumption, and FCR.
- Ensure proper feeding, vaccination, medication, and watering.
- Maintain proper hygiene and biosecurity at the farm.
- Supervise farm supervisors and workers.
- Maintain daily farm records and production reports.
- Ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.
- Coordinate with veterinarians and other departments when required.
- Control feed wastage and other farm expenses.
- Identify and solve production-related problems.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in poultry farm management.
- Knowledge of poultry production and bird health.
- Positive leadership and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage farm staff and daily operations.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work at poultry farm locations.

Pay: ₹18,336.45 - ₹40,000.00 per month
