Qualification: Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering, or

ITI / Diploma / Certification in AutoCAD Drafting from a recognized institute.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in plumbing drafting and detailing.

-Experience in preparing plumbing drawings for large residential/ commercial buildings, hotels, malls, IT parks and other large-scale projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

-Prepare detailed plumbing layouts, working drawings, sections, schematics and coordinated service drawings using AutoCAD/REVIT.

Read, understand and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.

-Coordinate plumbing drawings with architectural, structural and other MEP services.

-Prepare drawings for water supply, drainage, soil & waste, rainwater,



storm-water and other plumbing services as applicable.

-Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, applicable codes and standards.

-Coordinate with engineers and site teams to resolve drawing-related issues.

-Maintain drawing standards, accuracy, layer management and proper documentation.

-Should be proficient in latest versions of AutoCAD, Revit and familiar with modern drafting practices.

- Ability to work independently and handle challenging, time-bound assignments with accuracy and minimum supervision and positive coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
