Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled PLM Support Engineer with 3-8 years of experience supporting and administering Teamcenter PLM environments. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in production support, incident management, workflow troubleshooting, CAD integrations, BOM management, and user support. The candidate will work closely with engineering, business, and IT teams to ensure smooth operation of PLM applications and engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 support for Teamcenter PLM applications across production and non-production environments.
- Troubleshoot workflow-related issues, system performance problems, and application errors.
- Support Engineering Change Management (ECM/ECO/ECR) processes and workflows.
- Manage and troubleshoot BOM structures, dataset issues, release processes, and access-related requests.
- Support CAD integrations with NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, and other engineering tools.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions for recurring incidents.
- Monitor application health, job servers, workflow execution, and system performance.
- Handle incident, service request, and problem tickets within defined SLA timelines.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
- Generate support reports, trend analysis, and operational dashboards.
- Participate in system upgrades, deployments, testing, and post-release support activities.




- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
