About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager Civil to lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and execution coordination for our residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project planning, Primavera/MS Project, construction scheduling, progress monitoring, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules for residential construction projects.
- Prepare Baseline Schedule, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Master Schedule, and Detailed Project Schedules.
- Plan and monitor project activities from pre-construction through project completion and handover.
- Track actual progress against planned schedules and identify delays, deviations, and critical activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management review.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Procurement, and QS/Billing teams.
- Monitor manpower, material, equipment, and resource requirements in line with project schedules.
- Identify Critical Path, Project Milestones, and Schedule Slippages and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare recovery plans for delayed activities and monitor implementation.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and document action points.




- Monitor contractor schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Coordinate construction activities across Civil, MEP, Finishing, External Development, and other project disciplines.
- Assist in forecasting project completion dates and potential delays.
- Analyze project productivity and provide planning inputs to improve project efficiency.
- Maintain proper documentation of schedules, revisions, progress updates, and project records.
- Ensure planning activities are aligned with project objectives, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Construction Planning & Scheduling.
- Hands-on experience in Primavera P6 / MS Project / MS Excel.
- Excellent understanding of Civil Construction activities and sequencing.
- Knowledge of Residential / Real Estate Projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) and project monitoring.
- Ability to prepare and analyze , Progress Reports, and MIS Reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects / activities simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project timelines, milestones, resources, and dependencies.

Educational Qualification
- B.E / B.Tech Civil Engineering preferred.
- Relevant experience in Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure projects.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in residential apartments, villas, gated communities, high-rise buildings, or large-scale real estate projects will be preferred.
