Planning & Billing Engineer

Location: Rajasthan

Experience: 3–10 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Industry: Water Supply / Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities

- Review and monitor Client RA Bills and Sub-Contractor RA Bills.
- Verify BOQ, measurements, quantities, deductions, recoveries, variations, and claims.
- Review Client Billing vs. Sub-Contractor Billing and prepare reconciliation statements.
- Monitor project-wise billing, collections, subcontractor payments, and cost.
- Consolidate project progress and prepare weekly/monthly MIS and management reports.
- Coordinate with project/site teams for billing, measurements, planning, and commercial requirements.
- Track planned vs. actual progress and highlight delays/variations.
- Maintain proper billing, planning,



and project documentation.

Requirements

- 3–10 years of experience in Planning & Billing / Quantity Surveying.
- Strong hands-on experience in Client Billing and Sub-Contractor Billing.
- Experience in Water Supply / Pipeline Projects preferred.
- JJM/Government Water Supply Projects experience will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity reconciliation, billing, rate analysis, and variations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of MS Project/Primavera is an advantage.
- Robust analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
