About the Role

DizitalAdda Group is looking for a Placement & Corporate Relations Executive who can take ownership of student placements and build relationships with companies, HR professionals and recruiters.

You will work across our career-focused brands:

- DizitalAdda – Digital Marketing
- Nidads – Data Science & Data Analytics
- Nigape – Generative AI & Prompt Engineering
- NIHACS – Cyber Security & Ethical Hacking

This is a hands-on placement and corporate outreach role, not a general HR position.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Placement

- Prepare students for interviews and conduct mock interviews.
- Review and improve students' CVs/resumes.
- Help students optimize their LinkedIn profiles.
- Understand student skills and match them with suitable job roles.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, follow-ups and joining.
- Maintain student placement records and trackers.

Corporate Relations
- Identify companies hiring for our students' skill sets.
- Connect with HR Managers, Recruiters and Talent Acquisition professionals.
- Generate new placement opportunities through LinkedIn, email, calls and networking.
- Build and maintain a database of HR/recruiter contacts.
- Develop new corporate tie-ups.
- Maintain relationships with existing hiring companies.
- Organize recruitment drives and interviews.
- Follow up with companies until selection and joining.

Must Have
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with HRs and recruiters.
- Strong follow-up skills.
- Good LinkedIn networking ability.
- Ability to make outbound calls and emails to companies.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Positive Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Strong Advantage Candidates who already have HR/recruiter contacts or corporate placement experience will be preferred.

- Current corporate tie-ups
- Job openings generated
- Student interviews arranged
- Student selections
- Successful student joinings
- Repeat hiring from existing companies

Important This is NOT a normal HR/Admin job.

The selected candidate will be expected to actively find companies, approach HRs, generate job opportunities, prepare students, coordinate interviews and drive placements.
