Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Associate will engage prospective and existing clients, explain FindNex’s platform capabilities, and demonstrate how the solutions support SEBI-registered investment advisors and analysts. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product presentations and demos, assisting with onboarding,



and providing timely follow-up and support to drive conversions and retention. The role involves close collaboration with the product and operations teams to convey client feedback, prepare sales materials, and ensure a smooth sales process from initial contact to post-sale support. The Sales Associate is expected to maintain accurate records in the CRM system, meet defined sales targets, and represent FindNex professionally at meetings and events.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and financial concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Experience in sales or business development, preferably within fintech, financial services, or technology-driven products.
Ability to understand investment advisory workflows and interest in capital markets, SEBI regulations, and broker-integrated platforms.
