Role Description The Telesales Specialist role is a full time remote position responsible for engaging prospective learners and guiding them through the enrollment process for LanguageMaster’s programs. In this role, the specialist will make outbound calls, respond to inbound inquiries, explain course offerings and benefits,



and address questions about pricing, schedules, and learning outcomes. The specialist will qualify leads, follow up on warm prospects, and maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in CRM or tracking tools. Daily tasks include building rapport with potential customers, providing clear and supportive guidance, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the customer support and training teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing learner satisfaction.
Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including active listening and explicit, professional speaking abilities.
