Role Description The Physiotherapist will work on-site at Esperanza Health Care Services in Nagpur in a part-time capacity, collaborating closely with mental health professionals to support holistic patient care. Day-to-day tasks include assessing patients’ physical conditions, designing individualized physiotherapy treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy to address musculoskeletal issues, pain, and mobility challenges.



The role involves educating patients on exercise routines, posture, ergonomics, and lifestyle adjustments that complement their mental health treatment. The Physiotherapist will maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and participate in multidisciplinary discussions to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
