Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the client base for Prakash Display. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with brand and agency stakeholders,



and presenting print and display solutions that align with client needs. The role involves preparing and delivering proposals, coordinating with internal production and execution teams to ensure feasible and competitive offerings, and negotiating commercial terms. The Business Development Manager will track sales pipelines, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy. The position also requires collaboration with marketing and operations to support client retention, upselling, and continuous service improvement.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, client relationship building, and negotiation.
Experience in B2B marketing or account management, preferably in print production, brand activation, advertising, or related industries.
