About the Role-
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the smooth functioning of our training programs and student operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, positive analytical abilities, and hands-on experience with Advanced MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities-
Work extensively on Advanced MS Excel for data management, tracking, and reporting purposes.
Handle and respond to incoming website enquiry calls professionally and efficiently.
Monitor and track batch performance metrics regularly.
Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards for different student batches.
Conduct student feedback calls to understand and improve the learning experience of ongoing batches.
Coordinate and conduct testimonial and review calls with students.
