About the Role
As a Brand Manager, you’ll be the link between our clients and our internal creative teams. You’ll be responsible for understanding what a client needs, communicating it clearly to the team and making sure projects move from brief to execution smoothly.
You’ll be responsible for:
Managing day-to-day communication and relationships with clients




Understanding client requirements and translating them into clear creative briefs
Coordinating with creative, content and design teams to execute projects
Managing timelines, deliverables, feedback and approvals
Working across social media, content, influencer marketing, PR and brand campaigns
Ideating content and campaign ideas and developing monthly content calendars for clients
Being actively involved in the creative process and contributing ideas where relevant
Ensuring work is delivered on time and to the expected quality

Who We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in account management, client servicing, brand management or a similar role within a marketing, advertising, social media, PR or creative agency
Someone who has experience working directly with clients
Strong communication and organisational skills
Someone who can manage multiple projects and timelines without losing track of the details
Someone who understands social media and the broad
