Role Description The Head of Production – Jewellery will oversee end-to-end production operations, ensuring that all jewellery pieces meet ANANYA’s standards for quality, craftsmanship, and timely delivery. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves planning and scheduling production, coordinating with artisans and suppliers, and optimizing workflows from design handover to final product. The Head of Production will manage daily shop-floor activities, monitor inventory and materials, and maintain clear communication between design, sourcing,



and sales teams. Responsibilities include enforcing quality control processes, resolving production issues, and driving process improvements that support brand growth. The role also entails managing production budgets, mentoring and guiding the production team, and establishing best practices to scale operations while preserving the brand’s artisanal integrity.
Qualifications
