We are looking for a dynamic, empathetic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join a fast-growing health-tech organization.
? Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer interactions through calls, emails and chats
• Resolve queries related to health insurance, claims, appointments and wellness services
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution
• Handle escalations professionally and ensure proper follow-ups




• Deliver an excellent customer experience and maintain high satisfaction levels
? Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in Customer Support
• Healthcare / Health Insurance experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of CRM / ticketing systems is an added advantage
