Role Description The Human Resources Recruiter at Inexgress is a full time, on-site role based in Kalol Taluka. In this position, the recruiter manages the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating follow-up interviews with hiring managers. The role involves posting job openings, maintaining accurate candidate records, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for applicants.



The recruiter partners with leadership to understand staffing needs, supports workforce planning, and helps refine job requirements and descriptions. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining compliance with company policies, preparing offer letters, onboarding new hires, and contributing to employer branding and talent pipeline development.
Qualifications
Strong talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
Experience coordinating recruitment activities such as job postings, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems.
Knowledge of HR practices, basic employment regulations, and ethical recruiting standards.
