Responsible for managing and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) models using Autodesk Plant 3D,Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools. The role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clash-free, constructible, and productive MEP detailing's.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop, manage, and update BIM models for MEP systems using Autodesk Plant 3D,
Revit, and Navisworks.
● Ensure BIM execution plans (BEPs) and company standards are followed.
● Coordinate MEP models with structural, architectural, and other disciplines.
● Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks Manage.
● Work closely with designers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve conflicts.
● Prepare 2D P&id; drawings, 3D models, and fabrication drawings based on BIM
models.
● Ensure models are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with project standards.
● Extract BOMs (Bill of Materials), schedules, and reports from the BIM model.




● Work with international teams for multi-disciplinary BIM coordination.
● Support the adoption of BIM workflows and best practices within the team.
● Train and mentor junior BIM modelers and drafters on BIM tools and standards.
● Keep up with latest BIM technologies, industry trends, and software updates.

Educational Background:

● Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering field with 5+
Years of Experience.

Technical Skills:

● Proficiency in Autodesk Plant 3D, Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and
BIM 360.
● AutoCAD Plant 3D – Advanced knowledge of modelling, spec-driven design, and
orthographic/isometric drawings..
● P&ID; Understanding – Process and instrumentation diagram interpretation for system
coordination
● Familiarity with ISO 19650,ISO 16739,IEC 62424 and BIM Level 2 standards.
