Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Private Equity (Infrastructure) Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Investment Banking team. The selected candidate will work in financial analysis, industry research, and preparing client deliverables such as pitch books and company profiles for PE projects. Additionally, manage team allocation, quality checks, and training to ensure timely, error-free project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and assess potential infrastructure investment opportunities through detailed market and sector research
Lead commercial value creation initiatives across portfolio companies, including pricing optimization, go-to-market acceleration, channel expansion, and development of new revenue streams to drive sustainable growth
Design and execute post-acquisition value creation plans, including post-merger integration (PMI), operational turnarounds, synergy realization, and performance improvement programs
Partner with portfolio company management teams to identify and deliver EBITDA enhancement opportunities through revenue growth,



cost optimization, procurement savings, and operating model transformation
Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including valuation, financial modeling, and scenario analysis, to evaluate investment attractiveness
Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory dynamics to support investment decision-making
Develop and track value creation roadmaps, establishing transparent KPIs, governance structures, and accountability mechanisms to ensure achievement of investment case targets
Evaluate sector and asset business models against the client’s investment strategy and return objectives
Partner with portfolio company management teams to identify and deliver EBITDA enhancement opportunities through revenue growth, cost optimization, procurement savings, and operating model transformation
