We’re Hiring: Business Development Specialist – Real Estate Services
PropITZ is looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Specialist to help grow our real-estate services business in Chennai.
Location: Chennai
Experience: 2–4 years
Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month + performance incentives
? Role: Full-time | Office and field-based
Key responsibilities:
• Generate business from property owners, buyers, builders, brokers and investors
• Develop referral and channel partnerships
• Promote property verification, EC, Patta, registration support, transaction advisory and property-marketing services
• Follow up on digital, referral and direct enquiries
• Conduct client meetings and field visits
• Prepare proposals and convert opportunities into collected revenue
• Maintain leads, follow-ups and pipeline information in the CRM
Who should apply?
• Candidates with 2–4 years of experience in business development, real estate,



financial services or consultative sales
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills
• Positive knowledge of the Chennai market
• Fluency in Tamil and working proficiency in English
• Willingness to travel
• Two-wheeler must
• Existing relationships with brokers, builders or property professionals will be an advantage
