The Delivery Head (North East Region) is responsible for end-to-end delivery governance across all projects and programs, ensuring successful execution, customer satisfaction, revenue realization, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth in the respective region assigned to them. The role provides leadership to project managers and cross-functional teams while driving delivery maturity, resource optimization, and continuous improvement.

Qualification: Graduate, with an MBA in Operations (preferred)
Experience: 10+ Years

Responsibilities:

1. Project & Delivery Management
Own the overall delivery of projects within the assigned region.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality requirements.
Review project plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and overall project health.
Lead periodic project and program reviews with Project Managers.
Ensure timely completion of implementation, UAT, Go-Live, rollout, and O&M; activities.
Intervene and provide corrective actions for delayed or high-risk projects.

Project Management & Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and guide Project Managers, Delivery Managers, and project teams.
Ensure effective utilization and allocation of resources across projects.
Review resource requirements and coordinate with HR and management for recruitment and staffing.
Build a robust project management and delivery culture.

3. Customer & Stakeholder Management
Manage senior-level relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Act as the senior escalation point for project-related issues.
Participate in steering committee and executive-level review meetings.
Ensure customer concerns and escalations are addressed promptly.
Maintain strong customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction.

4. Financial & Commercial Management
Monitor project revenue, profitability, margins, billing, and collections.
Coordinate with Finance and Project Managers for timely invoicing and collection.
