? Job Description – Scrum Master
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience and strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Identify and remove impediments and blockers affecting the team.
Coach and guide the Scrum team on Agile/Scrum practices.
Work with stakeholders to resolve dependencies and blockers.
Support the Product Owner with backlog management, prioritization, and refinement.
Promote collaboration, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Track and report team performance and sprint progress.
Use Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence to manage and track work.
Required Skills:
7+ years of relevant experience, preferably as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.
Experience in a software development environment.
Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Jira/Confluence or similar Agile tools.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.
