Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, generating qualifi ed leads, conducting business presentations, and converting prospects into successful Sonachala franchise owners. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate franchise leads through fi eld visits, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.

Meet prospective franchise investors and explain Sonachala's franchise business model.

Conduct business presentations and franchise opportunity meetings.





Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchise partners.

Follow up with leads and convert them into successful franchise sign-ups.

Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth franchise onboarding.

Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.

Analyze market trends and identify recent expansion opportunities.

Represent Sonachala at business meetings, exhibitions, and franchise events.
