Role Description This is a full-time, in office Recruiter role based in New Delhi. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Daily responsibilities include maintaining talent pipelines, posting job openings, managing relationships with external recruitment partners, and ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.



The Recruiter will also support employer branding initiatives, collaborate closely with leadership to understand staffing needs, and provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics.
Qualifications
Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
Experience using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
Understanding of basic HR practices, employment laws, and ethical recruitment standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior recruiting experience in travel, hospitality, or service-oriented industries is an advantage.
