Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist – D2C/FMCG is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role includes managing and optimizing product listings on various D2C and ecommerce platforms, ensuring accurate content, pricing, and inventory visibility. The specialist will monitor sales performance, analyze consumer behavior and campaign metrics, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and customer retention.



Daily responsibilities include coordinating with marketing and operations teams to support promotions, maintaining high standards of customer service through timely resolution of queries, and overseeing order processing, returns, and platform compliance. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities, testing new merchandising and pricing tactics, and contributing to digital initiatives that strengthen Fitspire’s online brand presence.
