Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship & Account Management
- Serve as the lead point of contact for client inquiries, needs, and escalations.
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate project progress regularly with clients and leadership.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients.

2. Customer Success & Administrative Operations
- Provide administrative, analytical, and operational support to leadership.
- Manage workflows, timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination.




- Track and manage client milestones, risks, and dependencies.

3. Client Onboarding & Implementation
- Support onboarding of new clients and prepare documentation.
- Ensure smooth implementation and drive platform adoption.
- Conduct client training sessions.

4. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze operational and performance data.
- Prepare dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports.
- Monitor SLA metrics and project health.

5. Issue Resolution & Escalation Management
- Troubleshoot operational or technical issues.
- Manage escalations effectively.
- Implement corrective action plans.

6. Presentation & Communication Support
- Create qualified presentations and reports.
- Participate in client meetings and reviews.

7. Compliance & Industry Awareness
- Maintain awareness of HIPAA, PHI, and industry best practices.
- Support compliance-driven activities.
