Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Territory Sales Manager role based in Vijayawada. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned region by identifying new business opportunities, meeting institutional and corporate clients, and managing the entire sales cycle. Daily activities include prospecting,



conducting client meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely closures while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, providing post-sales support, and tracking performance against sales targets. The Territory Sales Manager will also gather market insights, participate in promotional events, and provide regular reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, ideally 2–5 years in field sales or business development.
Customer Service skills with a focus on relationship building, account management, and client satisfaction.
Training and facilitation skills to effectively explain offerings and conduct product or program demonstrations.
