Laser Programmer cum Operator
Job Responsibilities
Operate CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machine for sheet metal cutting.
Load and unload sheets safely and correctly.
Set machine parameters as per drawing and cutting requirements.
Check first-piece and in-process dimensions.
Ensure proper quality and minimize material wastage.
Follow production schedules and achieve daily targets.
Maintain machine cleanliness and basic operator-level maintenance.
Follow 5S, safety and quality procedures.
Coordinate with Production, Quality and Planning teams.
Candidate Profile
Diploma / ITI / relevant technical qualification preferred.
Previous experience in CNC Fiber Laser Sheet Cutting is preferred.
