& Responsibilities

- Collect blood and other patient samples safely and efficiently.
- Perform venipuncture and blood collection as per standard procedures.
- Properly label, handle, store, and transport samples to the laboratory.
- Verify patient identity and maintain accurate sample records.
- Follow infection control, hygiene, and biomedical waste disposal protocols.
- Handle difficult/critical sample collections with care.
- Coordinate with laboratory, nursing, and clinical teams.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of phlebotomy equipment.




- Ensure patient comfort and provide professional assistance during sample collection.

Candidate Profile
- DMLT / B.Sc. MLT / Phlebotomy Certification preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant hospital/laboratory experience preferred.
- Good communication and patient-handling skills.
- Knowledge of infection control and sample collection procedures.
