Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and hospitals.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

- Analyze sales data to optimize product offerings

- Experience in Hospital Pharma Sales – Connect with Purchase Managers. We are not looking for prescription-based sales

- Experience in onboarding dealers / distributors

- Should be individually managing a target of at least 30 lacs per month

- Should be ready for Individual Contributor role

Job Requirements :

- 3-12 years of experience in pharma selling or a related field (cardiac, nephrology, ophthalmology).

- Solid knowledge of medical devices like IVF equipment and vaccines.

- Experience with generics or hospital sales is advantageous.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful sales strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and lead a team to achieve common goals.
