Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets in the assigned territory.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share, improve customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.

- Build strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions.

- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to enhance team productivity.

Job Requirements :

- Strong knowledge of one of the verticals - Ophthal, Nephro, Cardiac, Human Albumin, IVF

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively

- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

- Experience in onboarding distributor/dealers and hospital network
