Position: Personal Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, well-presented, and organized Personal Assistant to provide professional, administrative, and day-to-day personal assistance.

The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, professional attitude, excellent communication skills, discretion, and a flexible approach to work. The candidate should be comfortable handling both professional and personal-assistance responsibilities as required.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily schedules, appointments, reminders, and correspondence.

Handle calls, messages, emails, and routine administrative tasks.

Assist with meetings, travel arrangements, bookings, and documentation.

Coordinate with clients, colleagues, and other contacts.

Provide personal assistance with day-to-day matters as reasonably required.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion.

Be versatile with rotational shifts and working hours according to business requirements.

Be willing to travel domestically or internationally when required.





Assist with personal and lifestyle-related arrangements or errands as part of the Personal Assistant role.

Maintain a professional, respectful, and trustworthy working relationship at all times.
