We’re looking for a Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing Executive who can turn ad spends into quality leads and measurable business conversions.

Location: Wagle Estate, Thane

Experience: 2–4 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience & skills)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Run and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Generate high-quality real estate leads
- Monitor CPL, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate and ROI/ROAS
- Manage campaign budgets and improve campaign performance
- Conduct audience and competitor research
- Coordinate with Creative and Sales teams
- Track leads through CRM, GA4 and analytics tools
- Develop strategies to improve lead quality and conversions





Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience
- Robust knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Data-driven and analytical mindset
- Positive understanding of digital marketing funnels
- Real Estate / Channel Partner experience preferred
- Knowledge of Canva, AI tools, GA4/GTM is an added advantage
