The Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical Performance Marketer to scale direct bookings across our resort portfolio. You will own the entire acquisition funnel, operating with strict accountability for ROAS, CPA, and search visibility.

What You Will Own

- Paid Media Execution: End-to-end setup, management, and optimization of Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, Hotel Ads) and Meta Ads.

- Search & AI Readiness: Drive technical SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) across all property pages to capture high-intent organic and AI-driven search traffic.

- Reporting & Analytics: Maintain rigorous daily and weekly performance reports. Own the tracking infrastructure and attribution models to ensure absolute data accuracy.

- Continuous Optimization: Proactively A/B test ad creatives, audience segments, and budget allocations to maximize conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.

Mandatory Requirements (Strict)





- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on, verifiable experience actively running and optimizing campaigns on both Meta and Google. Do not apply if you lack direct ad execution experience.

- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of tracking pixels, server-side APIs, and data-driven targeting infrastructures over generic marketing tools.

- Ownership Mindset: Proven ability to independently manage budgets, synthesize campaign data, and take decisive action to hit hospitality performance KPIs.
