Job Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns for a growing hospitality company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving quality leads, bookings, conversions, and revenue through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other platforms.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Plan and execute remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
- Coordinate with content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Manage advertising budgets and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Work closely with Sales, CRM,



and Business Development teams to improve lead quality and conversions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing/paid advertising.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Solid understanding of audience targeting, bidding, budgeting, and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Relevant Google or Meta certifications will be an added advantage.
