Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing role based in Kochi. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and audience research, managing paid campaigns (such as search, social, and display), monitoring key metrics, and preparing performance reports and insights. The professional will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align campaign strategies with business goals and improve conversion rates. The role also includes testing creatives and messaging, managing budgets,



and ensuring a high standard of customer and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Experience with Saas products and e commerce is added advantage
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze audiences, competitors, and trends, and to design effective performance campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to understand funnels, conversion optimization, and revenue-focused campaign objectives.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), analytics tools, and A/B testing is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical abilities, comfort working with data, and proficiency in reporting and performance measurement are advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and adapt to a fast-paced environment is important.
