We’re Hiring | People & Process Manager - Finance Operations | Gurugram

Eximius Next is looking for a hands-on manager to strengthen people effectiveness, process discipline and operational excellence across our F&A; delivery teams.

The role will focus on:

- Workforce utilization, workload balancing and capability mapping
- Team productivity, performance and development
- Process reviews, reconciliations, quality and controls
- SOPs, trackers, dashboards and closure discipline
- Identifying process gaps, recurring issues and improvement opportunities
- Supporting automation and process simplification initiatives

We are looking for someone who is highly proactive, detail-oriented and analytical , with the ability to go deep into both people and processes rather than simply coordinate activities. Experience: 7-10 years in F&A;/BPM/shared services
