Hirely is recruiting People Operations & Talent Acquisition Evaluators in India on behalf of a hiring partner for remote AI evaluation projects.

You’ll use your professional expertise in recruiting, talent acquisition, people operations, HR, and workforce management to review AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and presentations for accuracy, rigor, clarity, and professional quality. This is an opportunity for experienced HR and recruiting professionals to apply their real-world expertise to help improve advanced AI systems.

What You’ll Do

- Evaluate AI-generated HR, recruiting, and people-operations work products against professional quality standards
- Review hiring strategies, recruiting plans, job-related content, and people-operations materials
- Assess outputs for accuracy, consistency, practicality, and alignment with professional HR practices
- Identify factual, analytical, structural, and presentation errors
- Evaluate recruiting processes, talent strategies, workforce planning, and people programs
- Review hiring metrics, recruiting workflows, and HR recommendations
- Provide clear, structured written feedback explaining identified issues
- Apply professional judgment to complex or ambiguous people-related scenarios
- Maintain consistent and objective evaluation standards

Who We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of professional experience in people operations, recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or a closely related field
- Strong professional English communication skills
- Excellent analytical and critical-thinking abilities
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace , especially PowerPoint and Google Slides
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to evaluate complex professional content objectively




- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Relevant Backgrounds Candidates with experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, Recruiting Operations, People Operations, Human Resources, HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Workforce Planning, Employee Experience, People Programs, Executive Search, RPO, or related areas may be a strong fit.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience recruiting for technology, SaaS, professional services, or other specialized industries
- Experience developing recruiting strategies, hiring processes, or talent programs
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, or recruiting technology
- Experience analyzing recruiting metrics, workforce data, or people analytics
- Experience creating professional HR reports, presentations, hiring plans, or workforce documentation
- Master’s degree or higher is a plus
- Familiarity with AI-generated content or AI evaluation is a plus

Compensation & Work Arrangement

- $80-$120/hour
- Fully remote
- Independent contractor
- Flexible schedule
