Role Description The Pediatric Dentist is a full-time, in office role based at Cosmodent India’s clinic in Gurugram. The role involves providing comprehensive dental care to infants, children, and adolescents, including preventive care, restorative treatments, and behavior management during appointments.

Responsibilities include performing clinical examinations, diagnosing dental and oral health issues, developing treatment plans, and carrying out procedures such as fillings, pulpotomies, extractions, and minor oral surgeries when required.

The Pediatric

Dentist will educate patients and caregivers on oral hygiene, dietary habits,



and preventive care, while maintaining accurate clinical records and adhering to infection control and safety protocols. Collaboration with other dental specialists and clinic staff to ensure high-quality, coordinated care is an integral part of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Medicine and Dentistry to assess, diagnose, and manage oral health conditions safely and effectively.
- Specialized skills in Pediatric Dentistry, including child behavior management, preventive care, and treatment planning for young patients.
- Competence in Oral Surgery and minor surgical procedures relevant to pediatric dental practice.
- Expertise in comprehensive Dental Care, including preventive, restorative, and emergency treatment in a clinical setting.
- Recognized dental degree (BDS) from an accredited institution; MDS in Pediatric Dentistry or equivalent specialization preferred.
- Valid dental license/registration to practice, in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to patient safety, infection control, ethical practice, and continuous professional development.
