PCG Advisor – Team Lead

Job Purpose

Lead a team of PCG Advisors while working as a Playing Captain, managing both individual and team targets. The role involves acquiring and managing HNI/UHNI clients and family offices, driving AUM and revenue growth, and ensuring high-quality investment advisory and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 4–5 PCG Advisors.

- Achieve both individual and team targets for broking, AUM, revenue, and client acquisition.

- Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI clients and family offices.

- Drive cross-selling and upselling of Equity, Mutual Funds, PMS, Fixed Income, Structured Products, and other wealth products.

- Provide investment advisory, portfolio management, and client servicing support.

- Monitor team productivity and conduct regular performance reviews.

- Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent client servicing.

- Support business growth initiatives and achieve revenue targets.





Key Requirements

- Playing Captain role with responsibility for both individual and team targets.

- Ability to build and manage a team of 4–5 members.

- Hands-on experience in trading and order punching/execution.

- Proven experience handling HNI/UHNI clients and family offices.

- Strong experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and client servicing.

- Strong knowledge of Derivatives, Options, Cash Market, Equity, and Trading.

- Solid understanding of wealth management, capital markets, and investment products.

- Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship management skills.

Education & Experience

- Postgraduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Broking, PCG, or BFSI Sales.

- Prior experience in team handling/advisory leadership preferred.
