Role Overview

We are looking for a professional and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to ensure smooth coordination between patients, attendants, doctors and hospital departments while delivering a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with patients and attendants throughout their hospital journey.
- Assist patients with OPD/IPD-related queries, appointments, investigations and hospital services.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, diagnostics and other departments.
- Address patient queries and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Guide patients and attendants regarding hospital processes, facilities and services.
- Follow up with concerned departments to ensure smooth and timely patient care.
- Maintain proper records of patient interactions and feedback.
- Support patient satisfaction initiatives and ensure a positive patient experience.




- Escalate complex patient concerns to the appropriate authority when required.

Mandatory Requirement Prior experience in Hospital / Healthcare is mandatory.

Candidates without relevant hospital/healthcare experience will not be considered.

Education

Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with experience in Patient Care, Hospital Operations, Front Office or Healthcare Services will be preferred.
