Preferred Exposure

- NACE Level II Coating Inspector OR TWI/BGAS Grade 2 Painting Inspector

- Knowledge of ANSI, SSPC, ASTM, NACE, ISO and related coating standards

Key Responsibilities

- Review customer paint specifications and ensure compliance.

- Prepare painting procedures and Paint Material Technical Sheets (MTS).

- Raise material indents along with MTS and coordinate with Purchase for PO processing.

- Inspect received painting consumables and control their storage, certification and inventory.

- Ensure safety measures during storage and paint application.

- Conduct qualification of coating processes.

- Monitor calibration intervals, calibration status and in-house calibration of equipment.

- Monitor contractor/subcontractor inspection activities for surface preparation, blasting and painting.





- Inspect abrasive quality, surface profile, coating conditions and environmental parameters.

- Perform Holiday Test, Adhesion Test, DFT Measurement and other required coating tests.

- Verify correct colour coding and painting requirements.

- Coordinate with TPI for visual inspection, DFT, holiday testing, adhesion testing and other quality inspections.

- Manage overall painting department operations and ensure adherence to approved procedures.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
